Payment and Refund Security Policy

Payments for orders on happ-proxy.me are processed using Visa and MasterCard bank cards. Payment processing security is provided by Cardlink.
- Payments are accepted over a secure connection using TLS 1.2.
- Cardlink complies with PCI DSS requirements for secure processing of payment data.
- Confidential data (card details, etc.) is not transmitted to happ-proxy.me and is processed exclusively by the payment service.
- The online store happ-proxy.me does not receive or store the payer's banking data.
- The user agrees not to initiate unjustified disputes or chargebacks if access to the digital product has been provided.
- Refunds are issued only to the same payment details that were used for the original payment.
Refund conditions
- The user has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment, unless otherwise specified by the plan.
- For certain plans, the refund period may be extended up to 30 days, provided that the access or key has not been activated.
- The service is considered started from the moment the key, configuration, credentials or service access is delivered.
- Activation of the key, authorization or connection to the service confirms the start of service usage.
- If the key has been activated and the consumed traffic exceeds 100 MB, refunds are not provided, as the service is considered rendered.
- Subsequent non-use of the service after activation is not a ground for a refund.

- We recommend including your email, order date and order number in your request.
Additional terms
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, access to the service may be temporarily restricted.
- The Administration may audit transactions and decline refunds if abuse is detected.
- By making a payment, the user confirms acceptance of this policy and the terms of provision of digital services.
